Welcome to the initial website of Hispaniola International University (HIU)! This website will inform you about the developments of HIU, how you can become involved, or even become a student for its inaugural class.
HIU will be located in the beautiful and tranquil coast of Jacmel, Haiti. The university will focus primary on educating doctors and nurses by opening first the School of Medicine. Thereafter other schools will follow such as Agriculture.
Construction is underway and volunteer mission teams are encouraged to participate in this exciting project.
